Cultivating teen mental wealth through courageous conversations.

We gotta break the cycle!

Did you know that there is a significant gap between teens who can identify their trusted adults but aren't comfortable talking to those same trusted adults about their mental health? Our youth are overwhelmed with anxious thoughts, and when there's no connection at home or school, they begin to isolate themselves and withdraw from others.

About Taylor Gainey, MHA, PMP

I equip teens with lifesaving tools and strategies while keeping the trusted adult ecosystem in mind, so that we address the root cause rather than the symptoms. I'm passionate about providing safe spaces for teens to:

  • combat negative thoughts

  • regulate emotions

  • strengthen relationships with trusted adults

Teens need trusted adults more than ever right now in their lives and its crucial we break the cycle and press into the uncomfortable no matter how challenging it can be.

Reparative Minds is an impactful and enriching experience for teens, parents and educators --- Bridging intergenerational gaps.

We hosted Taylor for her workshop "Let's Talk About It: Suicide Prevention & the Strategies That Impact Lives" and she did an excellent job! She gave a thorough and informative presentation on a less-discussed and often taboo mental health topic and explored it with great sensitivity. She also created a safe atmosphere in which the attendees were able to ask questions and seek advice without fear of judgement, and left with important tools to help themselves and others who are struggling with this issue. I would highly recommend her programs to anyone looking to improve their understanding of a critically important subject!
